Since 1997, the Sloan Consortium’s journal, JALN, has given elearning practitioners and policy makers access to current, data-based knowledge about critical issues affecting the development and practice of online learning. Now, all 17 volumes of JALN are available online as a free and open resource for practitioners, policy makers, and researchers in our field.
